About 2 hours total per quarter: 60 minutes for the prep call, where we design your run-of-show, and 45 minutes for the recording session. Everything else—editing, clip creation, copy, and distribution kits—we handle.
Can we do this remotely or does it need to be in-studio?
Either works. Most CEOs record remotely via a video podcasting software platform we use with good lighting and a decent mic. If you prefer in-studio production, we can arrange that too.
What if we need to keep certain topics confidential?
We establish red lines and compliance guardrails during the prep call. Sensitive items go through your legal/finance review before any clips are finalized. You have full approval over everything before it goes out. We can also edit out anything you don't want in the whole video or clips.

Who owns the footage and clips?
